COMMERCIAL SERVICE PRICING SCHEDULE

Commercial operation pricing is very difficult to publish as there are so many variables including the type of
operation, the reporting required, any equipment requirements and the required service frequency.  Below are some
very basic scenarios that are limited in scope.  In many cases, ACCORD PEST CONTROL may require an on-site
inspection and an interview with the person in charge of choosing the pest control provider prior to presenting a
quote.  However, if yours is a smaller operation, or an office, you may find some of the pricing below helpful.  Please
note our minimum charge is $49.00 per service unless multiple locations, multiple services, or a combination of both
circumstances are included in the service billing.  If you already have a pest control service, or if you do not see a

RESTAURANTS:  Note:  Prices may vary based on specific location conditions.

Type 1:  Subway Subs, Quiznos, Penn Station, Starbucks                  $39.00 per service (monthly)
Type 2:  McDonalds, Burger King, Hardees, Culvers, Steak n Shake  $49.00 per service (monthly)
Type 3:  KFC, Taco Bell,  Dairy Queen, Pizza Hut, Ponderosa            $59.00 per service (monthly)
Type 4:  Outback, Olive Garden, Chillis, Joes Crab Shack                  $89.00 per service (monthly)
for multiple locations, or multiple services to one location, reduce amount of each by 5%.  For multiple locations,
each with multiple services, reduce amounts by 10%.

OFFICE SPACE: Note:  Prices may vary based on specific location conditions.
Office space is very difficult to price without an inspection due to many variables in conditions.  However, most
office space is relatively inexpensive to service.
1-5000 square feet                      $49.00 per service
5001 - 10000 square feet            $69.00 per service
10000 or more                             requires an inspection and quote

multi tenant buildings require an inspection prior to quote.  In most cases, buildings with more than one tenant are
less expensive when other tenant space is serviced also.
