Regulated industry clients are frequently inspected by the FDA, USDA, FSIS, ISDH,
OSHA, IOSHA, AIB, public agencies and are routinely visited by Quality Assurance
personnel representing their customers.  ACCORD understands there can be absolutely
no pest presence or pest related concerns in these critical operations.  We also
understand the requirements for adherence to SOP's, Title 21 (GMPs) and the absolute
necessity of complete and detailed documentation of all services we render.

ACCORD's program provides the basic 'building blocks' of a sound pest management
program, then works with our client's QA personnel and our client's customer, to custom
design a comprehensive pest management system to integrate with their unique
operation.  We document everything including mapping, the details of service, a complete
premise inspection and a complete review of rodent equipment at the completion of every
service.  During the service, we inspect perimeters, door seals, water leaks, storage
practices, and over 60 other sanitation, operations and building needs categories.  Then
we document all our findings, review them with the client representative and store them in
a binder, by month, maintained at the client's location in the PEST CONTROL LOG BOOK.
