Accord Pest Control is wholly owned by Envirosure Integrated Pest Management Services, Inc., a family owned pest management firm and a
proud Indiana small business.  In 2006, Envirosure adopted the "Accord Pest Control" trade name in order to present a more "user friendly"
name to clients.  

After many years with one of the nation's largest pest control companies, Frank Wade founded Envirosure to exclusively provide exceptional
pest management services to the food, pharmaceutical and distribution industries, in central Indiana.  As Accord Pest Control, we will remain
a service provider to the central Indiana market exclusively, but will expand with services previously not provided by Envirosure, including
services to smaller commercial operations and to residential clients.

Accord Pest Control is "customer focused".  In other words, our preeminent focus is based on achieving the needs, or goals, of the client.  We
believe that our business will grow by retaining loyal clients year-after-year and by referrals from satisfied customers.  This strategy is
unthinkable by some national pest control providers who may consider their customers to be 'profit centers' and steadily increase prices to
enhance their revenue growth.  We believe our revenue growth should come by adding business; not by penalizing our existing loyal
customers with higher costs.

Accord Pest Control is an intentionally small company.  We have no plans to become "a big player" in our market.  We founded our company
on the desire to help others.  By remaining a small business and limiting the number of clients we serve, we can spend more time with each
customer.  The result is a satisfied customer who refers us to others.

Accord Pest Control strives to provide our clients with the very best pest control available, while still operating a friendly, locally owned,
neighborhood business.    We think it's a better way to do business.  While we may not be an NYSE listed company, and may not have millions
of customers, we provide excellent pest control to those we serve.  After all, OUR CLIENTS ARE OUR BUSINESS.  We owe them exceptionally
good service.
